As further evidence of the corruption taking place in Ionuc Retegan’s household, incriminating videos of his minor teenage son (3rd eldest), Joshua Retegan, have been attached. In the videos, Joshua can be seen driving at dangerously high speeds, while using the utmost profane language, admitting to being drunk, admitting to being under the influence of drugs, and endangering the public. This further testifies to the corruption that takes place within Ionuc Retegan’s family.

Situational Context: Ioan (Ionuc) Retegan was the former pastor of Maranatha Romanian Church of God, and led the corruption and premeditated scheme to defraud the Church of God Organization. After being discovered, he and his supporters took the money and property they managed to steal from Maranatha Church of God and walked away with it, soon after officially opening the doors of Bethel Romanian Pentecostal Church in Nampa. Cristian Ionescu, current sitting President of the Romanian Pentecostal Churches Union in the United States and Canada, attended the official grand opening and declared their “new” congregation an official part of the Romanian Pentecostal Union.

Cornel Avraam, pastor at Happy Valley Christian Center (Biserica Penticostala Romana Happy Valley) in Phoenix, Arizona, who is also the former sitting President of the Romanian Pentecostal Churches Union in USA and Canada, was and is aware of the various egregious acts committed by Ioan (Ionuc) Retegan and the leaders of Bethel Romanian Pentecostal Church. Though Cornel Avraam is aware of what has taken place in Nampa, Idaho, with regard to the fraudulent activity within the house of the Lord, he continued to cover the corruption over the years, along with many other members and leaders within the Romanian Pentecostal Churches Union.

In the text messages attached, Abigail, and Jacob also discussed the subject of Joshua Retegan. In these messages, Jacob admits to the fact that his parents are aware that Joshua, a minor at the time, was running away from home and having sexual relationships with other underage teenage girls. Jacob explains in the video that he had to go and pick Josh up, as the dirt bike he had used to get to the girl’s house, had broken down on the road. Jacob furthermore explains that he knows his parents are at fault, as they have covered Josh’s actions up to save face with the public and protect their own image, for years.
